1. Who do you work with?
We partner with small and medium-sized businesses across Alberta and Canada, from local shops to service providers to online entrepreneurs. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by marketing or unsure where to start, you’re exactly who we’re here for.

 

2. Do I need to know anything about marketing or AI before working with you?
Nope. You don’t need any background in marketing or technology. We keep things simple, walk you through step by step, and set you up with tools that fit your business. Think of us as your translator... we take the complicated stuff and make it easy to understand.

 

3. What makes CTRL Point different from other marketing agencies?
We don’t believe in complicated campaigns or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, we focus on clarity and practical steps you can actually use. Our goal is to save you time, reduce stress, and help you see real results without big budgets or endless jargon.

 

4. How do your services work?
We offer a mix of one-time strategy packages, ongoing support, and easy-to-use digital products. That means you can choose what works best - a 90-day roadmap, AI setup, ad starter kit, or steady monthly guidance. Everything is designed to give you clear next steps right away. We can also create a custom package for you.

5. What if I just need a little help, not a full plan?
That’s absolutely fine and that is exactly what the Custom Package is for! Many clients start small, with a package like the Social Media Ad Starter or a digital kit from our Etsy shop. You don’t have to commit to a big plan - we’ll meet you where you are and build from there.

 

6. Do you only work with businesses in Alberta?
We’re proud to be Alberta-based, but we work with businesses across Canada and even a few beyond. Most of our services are delivered virtually, so location doesn’t get in the way of getting the support you need.

 

7. Can you manage my social media or ads for me?
We generally don’t take on full-time management, but we’ll set you up with everything you need to run your social media or ads confidently. From ad copy and images to content ideas and training, we help you or your team handle it smoothly without guesswork. This is where we can work together on a custom package for you and show you how to AI to help.

 

8. What does it cost to work with you?
Our packages vary (based on the service you choose, or what the Custom Package includes) but every service comes with clear, upfront pricing. No surprises, no hidden fees. You’ll always know exactly what’s included before you say yes.

 

9. What kind of results can I expect?
Results look different for every business, but most of our clients see more clarity, better-performing marketing, and more time back in their week. We focus on practical wins you can measure,  like stronger engagement, smoother processes, and clearer direction.

 

10. How do I get started?
